Prosecutors say two years ago, he broke into a woman&#8217;s Ala Wai Boulevard apartment while she was sleeping and raped her.  D-N-A evidence linked him to the crime.<\/p>\n<p>Heath is already convicted of breaking into dorm rooms at the University of Hawaii at Manoa and stealing various items, including women&#8217;s underwear.
