Two service personnel were checking the man&#8217;s vital signs and told military police that the man was not breathing.<\/p>\n<p>Two MPs began CPR, but were unable to revive the man and he was pronounced dead at the scene.<\/p>\n<p>The statement did not provide information on the victim.
