padding-left: 30px;\">I\u2019m speaking of the industry\u2019s and  government\u2019s tendency to play up the positives of nuclear power and  ignore its many downsides; the undemocratic nature of the siting and  building process, which has historically excluded citizens\u2019 groups and  made it very hard to oppose \u2013 let alone block \u2013 the construction of new  plants;
