Kaneohe Marine accused of burglary, auto theft<\/p>\n

A 19-year-old Marine based at Kane’ohe was charged yesterday with
\nmultiple offenses stemming from an alleged burglary early Sunday in
\nKaka’ako.<\/p>\n
Joseph Striegel was charged with second-degree burglary, first-degree
\ncriminal property damage, auto theft, leaving the scene of an
\naccident, operating a vehicle under the influence of an intoxicant
\nand resisting arrest. His bail totals $20,000.<\/p>\n
Striegel was arrested at 4:27 a.m. at Pensacola and Waimanu streets.<\/p>\n
According to police, Striegel allegedly climbed to the rooftop and
\nentered a business through an unlocked door. Striegel allegedly took
\na vehicle and drove it through the bay doors, striking another
\nvehicle parked outside. He jumped from the moving vehicle and fled
\nthe scene.<\/p>\n
