Breaking News: Hawai’i Supreme Court Rules Against Superferry, Again

This is great news!  The Hawai’i Supreme Court ruled that Act 2, the special legislation that retroactively exempted the Hawai’i Superferry from state environmental protection laws, was unconstitutional.  Perhaps this will be the end of the Superferry. Navy vet sentenced to life for murder of stepfather

Timothy Adarna, who took an early discharge from the Navy, was sentenced to life in prison for the murder of his stepfather Robert Ramos.
